Royal Oak Heating, Cooling, Electrical & Plumbing offers professional HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services to residential and commercial customers. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

  1. Pricing and Payments
  • Service estimates are provided based on initial inspections and may be subject to change based on additional labor, parts, or unforeseen issues.
  • Payments are due upon completion of services. 
  • We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards. We have financing available and must do a credit check with our office to qualify.  
  • Failure to make timely payments will result in additional fees or service suspension.
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  1. Warranties and Guarantees
  • We offer warranties on certain repairs and installations. Warranty details will be provided with your service.
  • Warranty coverage does not include misuse, force majeure, customer-caused damage, or issues unrelated to our service.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We strive to provide high-quality services, but we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.
  • Liability for any service-related issues is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
  1. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to service areas.
  • Any known issues with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems should be disclosed before service.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or undisclosed problems.
  1. Intellectual Property

They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and our technician was top notch. He knew what he was doing and had us back up and running very quickly. We will only use Royal Oak Heating and Cooling for all of our future heating and cooling needs. I would highly recommend them.

Called about blower for AC. Promptly came out next day on time. Was able to fix the blower in under 30 minutes. Admitted that the error was on their end when they had fixed the furnace last winter. Would have been easy to get me to pay the service fee and labor, given I have no electrical background. But the technician was very honest and straightforward.

The technician called 30 minutes prior to our appt and was right on time. Very virtuous and efficient in his work. Explained the issues with our ac thoroughly and provided 3 options.
