Owned by Dennis Cline and Glen Renaud, Royal Oak Heating & Cooling was established in 1951 and moved to our present location at 728 E. Eleven Mile, Royal Oak in 1971. Dennis began his employment with the company in 1971 as an apprentice hoping to learn a trade. While working full time and continuing his education he learned all the facets of the residential heating and cooling business and became a partner in the company in 1989 and sole owner in 1991. Glen came to Royal Oak Heating & Cooling in 1986 after being employed in the HVAC field for 8 years, becoming a partner in 1994. Today, Royal Oak Heating & Cooling has over 12 dependable professionals to serve you.
